The following are the 3 components of my coaching strategy:

1. MINDSET

The experience in the workplace and in the marketplace is framed by the following factors:

The impact of race, gender, and anti-blackness
The Eurocentric and patriarchal nature of the culture of the workplace
The socialisation of the Black women that is often contrary to the demands of the workplace.
The impact of childhood trauma on how we relate to others in the workplace.

I help you unpack the impact of the above factors on your mindset and how you show up in the workplace.

2. STRATEGY

Just like there is a strategy to winning a marathon, a strategy is a requirement for achieving the next level of leadership, income and impact.. When you don’t have a strategy, you are leaving the trajectory of your career to chance. Your strategy becomes one of hope, hope that if you work hard enough, someone will recognize you and reward you for your hard work. That might happen, however many professional Black Women like you, have learned the hard way, that hard work is not always duly rewarded. Don’t give your power away, intentionally create a career strategy that is unique to who you are and what you want.

I partner with you to help you identify an individual strategy that works for you.

3. 3. ACCOUNTABILITY

A Coaching relationship is empowering to not only hold you accountable to consistently work on your goals but also to challenge the mindset habits that hold you back. The consistent examination of your paradigm helps to uproot entrenched ways of being that are limiting. Coaching supports and enables you to access your naturally creative and empowered self.

Tactics are the consistent actions you must implement to achieve your Career Strategy and ultimately your results. It is the daily, weekly actions that achieve results over time.

I work with you for a period of 6 months. We meet twice a month online, for up to two hours a session. Six months allows us enough time to unpack, strategies, implement and see the impact of the changes that we will make together.
